Gordon Ramsay Rustic Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 g strong white bread flour
- 10 g salt
- 7 g instant yeast (1 sachet)
- 325 ml warm water

Method:

In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and yeast.

Knock back the dough, shape into a round or oval loaf. - Second rise
Place on a floured baking tray, cover lightly, and rest for 30–40 minutes. - Bake
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F)
- Dust the loaf with flour and slash the top with a sharp knife
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and hollow-sounding when tapped
- Cool
Let it cool on a wire rack before slicing.
