π Stuffing Balls (Crispy & Flavorful)
π§ Ingredients:
- Bread crumbs β 2 cups
(fresh ya stale bread, finely crumbled) - Butter β 3 tbsp
- Onion β 1 small (finely chopped)
- Garlic β 2 cloves (minced)
- Fresh parsley β 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Dried sage β 1 tsp
- Dried thyme β Β½ tsp
- Salt β to taste
- Black pepper β Β½ tsp
- Egg β 1 (binding ke liye)
- Chicken or vegetable stock β ΒΌ to Β½ cup

1οΈβ£ Cook the base
- Pan mein butter melt karein
- Onion add kar ke soft hone tak cook karein
- Garlic add kar ke 30 seconds bhun lein
- Heat band kar dein
2οΈβ£ Mix stuffing
- Bowl mein bread crumbs daalein
- Cooked onion mixture add karein
- Parsley, sage, thyme, salt & pepper mix karein
- Egg add karein
- Thora thora stock daal kar mix karein
π Mixture moist ho, lekin sticky na ho
3οΈβ£ Shape balls
- Chotay lemon-size balls bana lein
- Light press karein so they hold shape
4οΈβ£ Bake or fry
Oven method (best):
- Oven preheat 180Β°C
- Baking tray grease karein
- Stuffing balls rakh kar
- 25β30 minutes bake karein
- Beech mein aik dafa flip kar dein
Pan-fry method:
- Thora butter/oil pan mein
- Medium heat par golden hone tak fry karein
